A LITTLE BIT OF BOTH

As part of an after-school film program, a group of middle-school students decide to explore the tensions caused by the influx of Hispanic families to the city of New Brunswick, NJ. Mixing documentary footage with scenarios based on their own experiences, children on both sides of the conflict take a hard look at their own fears and prejudice — which causes the lines between fiction and reality to blur.
